EZ Cloud runs its AI-powered A/P platform in a Kubernetes cluster on OCI

EZ Cloud, an automation software provider for accounts payable, needed a way to reduce IT time spent on integration troubleshooting and improve its system integration processes as it scaled its AI- and ML-powered invoice workflow platform. To support that goal, EZ Cloud turned to Oracle, using Oracle Integration alongside Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services to strengthen connectivity with ERP systems and speed up deployment.

Oracle implemented a cloud-native solution that linked EZ Cloud’s invoice platform to Oracle ERP applications, containerized the front end with OKE, and moved the core environment to Oracle Autonomous Database and other OCI managed services. The results included up to 80% faster invoice capture, authorization, and payment versus on-premises AP applications, up to 70% lower integration implementation effort, and up to 50% less time spent debugging integration issues, while also enabling the platform to scale from 10 to 50 simultaneous users at a fraction of the previous VM-based cost.
