Excelya, a global contract research organization in France, needed to rapidly scale its data management operations to support a European sponsor using Oracle Clinical One for clinical data collection, randomization, and trial supplies management. The team had to handle complex oncology and platform trial designs while quickly learning the system and supporting ongoing mid-study changes.

Oracle Clinical One helped Excelya build and manage studies with flexible configurations, a Java-based rules engine, and interoperability between data collection and RTSM. As a result, Excelya delivered 15-plus trials in two years, supported 22 clinical trials, achieved on-time go-lives with zero failures, and grew its team from 6 to more than 50 employees with support from Oracle’s CRO Growth Initiative.
