A Oracle Case Study
GlobalGiving, a Washington, DC–based global crowdfunding nonprofit, needed a reliable way to identify which cloud providers and locations would deliver the best performance for specific regional audiences so it could provide consistently fast experiences worldwide.
Using Dyn’s Internet Intelligence, the team monitored availability, reachability, and performance across clouds, set real-time alerts, and paired insights with traffic management to make changes quickly. The tool ranks providers by market (e.g., showing AWS Dublin outperforms Frankfurt for Kenya), lets GlobalGiving switch traffic when performance drops, and has helped maintain consistent user experience across regions.
