Energypac Power Generation Ltd. (EPGL) is a Dhaka-based power engineering company with about 500 employees, offering turnkey solutions across power generation, construction machinery, CNG conversion, and O&M services. EPGL faced fragmented legacy systems across sales, service, and HR that hid complete customer and project data, slowed decision-making and responses to customers, and weakened management confidence and talent retention efforts.
To address this, EPGL implemented Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle Service Cloud to unify customer and project information and Oracle HCM Cloud to centralize employee data and support mobile recruiting. The move automated business processes, enabled faster, more consistent customer responses, reduced the risk of service degradation, and is expected to improve talent attraction, retention, and overall support for future growth.
