Before working with Oracle, teams relied on multiple Excel spreadsheets and outdated reports, making it difficult to make fast, accurate decisions.

EmblemHealth implemented Oracle Analytics Cloud alongside Oracle Cloud HCM to create a single, integrated reporting environment. Oracle’s solution combines HR data with external sources and refreshes information hourly, giving managers real-time dashboards and cutting report preparation time by countless hours; previously, data could be 4 to 5 days old.
