Edwardian Hotels London is a collection of 12 properties—including 11 Radisson Blu Edwardian hotels and The May Fair Hotel—with a wide range of meeting and event spaces that host everything from intimate dinners to conferences for up to 700 guests. Events generate more than 10% of group revenue, so the company needed a flexible, efficient and reliable way to manage bookings, resources and customer data across multiple locations and replace limitations of its previous systems.

Edwardian implemented Oracle OPERA Sales & Catering, integrated with its PMS, to provide real‑time booking, unified customer accounts, customizable catering packages, a graphical function diary and built‑in analytics. The solution is used by 50–60 staff concurrently, sped staff proficiency, enabled “copy‑and‑paste” rebookings between properties, improved event planning efficiency and sales coordination, and delivers richer financial and operational insights that support ongoing revenue growth and continuous technology upgrades.
