DPSP Group, one of the largest drugstore chains in Latin America, needed to strengthen its CRM strategy after a surge in pandemic-era sales. The result was a 66% increase in campaign creation, email open rates of 12% to 15%, a 3.5% lift in email marketing conversion during Black Friday year over year, almost 8% of ecommerce revenue attributed to email, and a 20% reduction in manual work.
