Doğuş Marketing Services (DMS) is the Doğuş Group’s integrated CRM and customer-experience arm, operating mobile apps that reach nearly 2 million users and providing analytics and cross-marketing services to group and external brands. DMS needed a global data-management platform to unify mobile, web and offline CRM data, improve programmatic campaign performance, streamline audience creation across separate systems, and reduce digital marketing costs.
DMS deployed Oracle Cloud CX, Oracle CX Marketing and Oracle BlueKai (Audience Data Marketplace and Analytics) to create a single customer view and activate data programmatically across eight channels. The unified platform boosted campaign effectiveness and cost efficiency, cut audience-definition and integration time, enabled group-wide transaction tracking, launched a new digital-data revenue line (forecast to deliver ~25% of future income), and made DMS the first in Turkey to integrate deep mobile shopping data into third-party campaigns.
