DMCC, the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre, wanted to modernize HR and enterprise operations while reducing manual work and improving employee self-service. Its teams were spending time on repetitive HR requests, policy questions, leave processes, and other routine inquiries, and DMCC needed an AI-powered assistant that could work with its existing Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
Oracle implemented Oracle Generative AI with Oracle Digital Assistant, Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, and related OCI services to automate HR policies, leave and letter requests, expense checks, and document processing. In just three months, Oracle helped DMCC reduce HR workload, speed up expense processing, and increase employee adoption of self-service tools; the rollout also cut agent boot-up time from 20 seconds to 10 seconds and improved overall accuracy and efficiency.
