DLL replaces 15 disparate finance systems by standardizing on Oracle Cloud ERP

DLL, a global financial solutions partner headquartered in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, was managing a €40 billion asset portfolio across more than 25 countries. The company was challenged by 15+ separate finance systems that made it difficult to standardize and automate finance, procurement, and HR processes, forcing local teams to rely on manual workarounds. DLL turned to Oracle Cloud ERP and related Oracle services to support its finance transformation.

With Oracle, DLL migrated to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and connected key processes using Oracle Integration Services, Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing, Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM, and Oracle Cloud EPM Account Reconciliation. The result was a single financial platform, better global reporting, monthly vendor profitability analysis instead of annual, and automated leasing contract approvals. Most notably, Oracle helped DLL automate daily leasing fund payouts in under 30 minutes, versus twice-daily manual payouts before, improving customer experience and reducing manual work.
