OSG implemented a global digital strategy using an integrated Oracle ecosystem—Oracle Sales Cloud as the Customer Master unifying the three PMSs for both B2B and B2C records, bidirectional Opera data flows, and A/B testing with Maxymiser—to aggregate data into Marketing Cloud. Within 24 days of testing they achieved a unified customer view and measurable gains: 15% more completed bookings, 16% higher room selection in checkout, and over $200k in incremental revenue potential, enabling ongoing data‑driven marketing.
