Oracle implemented a single, integrated HR and talent suite across 62 countries, creating a global “single source of truth” for HR data. The results included faster reporting, stronger compliance management, and improved self-service: a headcount report that once took 3 weeks now takes 5 minutes, and 96% of service requests are submitted through self-service. With Oracle, Diebold Nixdorf also sped up implementation, consolidating a planned 3-year roadmap into 12 months.
