Daily Secret (now SAVOTEUR) is a global curated email publisher that sends localized recommendations on events, restaurants and activities to more than 1.5 million subscribers across 20 countries. Rapid expansion—adding about two cities a month and sending up to 10 million emails a month—created two big challenges: achieving near‑perfect deliverability at scale and finding an email delivery partner with pricing and support suited to a largely non‑U.S. business.
Daily Secret migrated to Dyn’s Email Delivery (part of Oracle solutions), valuing both the technology and the close, responsive relationship with the account and development teams. The move yielded measurable platform performance gains and steady deliverability improvements (from about 99.7% toward 99.8% and beyond), giving the company the scalable, cost‑appropriate delivery and support it needed to pursue “perfect” deliverability.
