Corporate Travel Services (CTS) is a Mexican travel firm with more than 20 years in the market and 600+ employees, specializing in corporate, convention, and group travel. To ensure 24/7 customer support and reliable internal operations, CTS sought to migrate its Oracle E-Business Suite ERP to the cloud to improve availability and operational resilience.

CTS moved its ERP to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) with partner SID Solutions, leveraging its existing Oracle stack. The migration delivered 99.5% availability (up from 97%), eliminated the need to maintain on‑premises data center infrastructure, reduced administration costs by 30%, and enabled a VPN and enhanced security posture that supported ISO 27001 and PCI compliance.
