The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), a public agency with more than 7,000 employees, needed to improve training and user adoption after moving to Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM). Employees were entering records in the wrong places, which caused duplicate data, reporting inconsistencies, rework, and a growing volume of service tickets.

CPS implemented Oracle Guided Learning to provide in-application guidance, smart tips, and customized messages directly within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. With Oracle, CPS improved data accuracy, reduced service tickets over a 12-month period, and helped 95% of employees complete a one-off timecard adjustment accurately within the target timeframe.
