Crown CRO, founded in 2005 and headquartered in Finland, provides clinical trial management across Europe for more than 100 CNS and oncology studies. As it pursued global growth and the ability to support large Phase III trials, its home-grown pharmacovigilance—based on paper and spreadsheets—proved time-consuming, non-scalable, and unable to meet complex global compliance and RFP requirements.

Crown CRO selected Oracle Argus and used pharmasol’s rapidLIVE pre-packaged implementation to accelerate deployment. The team leveraged existing Argus experience to go live in under four months and finished training two weeks ahead of schedule. The new solution secured a major customer win and enabled the company to confidently support trials from Phase I through large Phase III/IV studies.
