Corelogic Streamlines Billing to Better Serve Customers

CoreLogic, a leader in property and financial data, needed to simplify a highly complex billing environment created by organic growth and acquisitions. With more than 50 billing and fulfillment systems, the company struggled to gain a complete view of customers, invoices, revenue, and contracts, while manual processes slowed operations and raised costs. CoreLogic selected Oracle Revenue Management and Billing, running on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Exadata Cloud Service, to improve billing and revenue management.

Oracle implemented a configurable platform that streamlined invoicing, customer management, collections, and reporting across CoreLogic’s business lines. The results included consolidating invoice templates, cutting reports from more than 100 to 23, and reducing product SKUs from 287 to 56, while also improving visibility and positioning CoreLogic to lower IT costs as legacy systems are retired.
