Cooperativa Integrada taps Oracle Digital Assistant to enhance its Iris chatbot

Integrada Cooperativa Agroindustrial, one of Brazil’s largest agriculture cooperatives, needed to upgrade its Iris virtual assistant beyond WhatsApp and a limited IVR-like experience. The cooperative wanted a more intelligent, omnichannel solution that could handle complex member and customer requests across its app, websites, and portals, and improve self-service for its 12,000 members and 2,000 employees.

Oracle Digital Assistant was implemented by MPL Corporate Software to expand Iris with natural language, AI, and analytics. As a result, Iris grew from about 100 conversations a month to 800 on average, recently reaching 1,000 monthly conversations, while completed conversation rates exceeded 94% and app ratings rose to 4.4/5. Oracle also enabled new features such as image-based pet food recommendations, geolocation for nearby distributors, and soy Q&A support.
