Coocique is a 56‑year‑old savings and credit cooperative in Costa Rica with 22 branches and about 400 employees. The organization faced slow, paper‑based hiring and HR processes: applicants hand‑delivered resumes that were scanned into an on‑premises database that was hard to manage or search, and employee training and development records were kept in physical files, limiting visibility and the ability to build individualized development plans.

Coocique implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management, with Clever Service (SSTI) helping to standardize and migrate diverse data to the cloud. The result is a single, searchable cloud HR database that automatically updates training records, improves compliance visibility, and supports future development plans. Online job applications expanded the candidate pool, sped up recruitment and selection through standardized data and searchability, and provided full traceability of the hiring process.
