A Oracle Case Study
Grupo Prodensa, a Mexico-based consulting firm founded in 1985 that supports aerospace, automotive, healthcare, construction and other industries, needed to modernize its finance operations to improve efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and gain the flexibility to expand into new business models while enabling staff to work from any location.
After evaluating Microsoft, SAP, and Oracle, Grupo Prodensa implemented Oracle Cloud ERP with integrator Rapid4Cloud, moving to a shared‑services model and automating processes (for example, suppliers submit invoices directly into the cloud). The change cut invoice entry to under a minute and reduced validation and bank reconciliations to about 5 minutes (from 30), enabled accounts payable to close in the first two days and publish final statements by day five (vs. 10), and allowed remote back‑office management during the COVID‑19 pandemic.
