Construction Specialties, a maker of sustainable, engineered building products (louvers, grilles, vents and more), faced growing niche competition as demand for eco-friendly solutions rose. To support targeted paid-search and social campaigns for architects, designers, contractors and facility managers, the company needed software to tailor marketing messages by persona and track orders end-to-end—from quote through sale, shipping and payment—so it upgraded its business applications.

Construction Specialties implemented an integrated Oracle Cloud suite (CX, CPQ, B2B Commerce, CX Sales, Cloud SCM and ERP plus Product Hub) to give customers and sales a single entry point to configure and order thousands of complex product permutations.
