Construction Specialties implemented an integrated Oracle Cloud suite (CX, CPQ, B2B Commerce, CX Sales, Cloud SCM and ERP plus Product Hub) to give customers and sales a single entry point to configure and order thousands of complex product permutations. Integration across commerce, order management, supply chain and financials provides inventory visibility, shipping options and lead-time forecasting; approved quotes automatically trigger picking, procurement, production and invoicing. Running in the cloud reduced maintenance and custom coding, letting IT configure for evolving needs while automating online sales, marketing, finance and supply-chain operations.
