To serve a large tolling authority customer, Conduent needed faster toll transaction processing for a Microsoft-based front end and Oracle Database back end, while meeting strict regulatory and client requirements.

Conduent implemented Oracle Database@Azure to move the workload into Azure while keeping Oracle Database services close to the application. With Oracle, Conduent doubled application performance versus its on-premises setup, improved resiliency, and maintained compliance. The new architecture also supports future expansion, better customer experience, and more flexibility for global growth.
