ComparaOnline is a Chile-based insurance and financial-product comparison site operating in Chile, Colombia, and Brazil with about 200 employees. While its online flow lets users request quotes and choose contact channels (phone, email, WhatsApp), the company lacked an automated end-to-end journey to convert quote requests into purchases—many users provided contact details but never completed transactions—so Compara needed a cloud-based tool to create post-contact, non-manual recapture flows.

ComparaOnline implemented Oracle Responsys Campaign Management (part of Oracle Advertising and CX) to automate personalized, segmented email campaigns and integrate customer data across regions. The solution boosted email open rates by 30–40%, halved conversion times with a preload system and tokenized custom URLs, and produced a twofold increase in service conversions (including timely travel-insurance reminders), delivering measurable gains through integration, automation, and personalization.
