ComparaOnline implemented Oracle Responsys Campaign Management (part of Oracle Advertising and CX) to automate personalized, segmented email campaigns and integrate customer data across regions. The solution boosted email open rates by 30–40%, halved conversion times with a preload system and tokenized custom URLs, and produced a twofold increase in service conversions (including timely travel-insurance reminders), delivering measurable gains through integration, automation, and personalization.
