Communications Test Design, Inc. (CTDI) is a global engineering, repair, and logistics company serving telecom, cable, and OEM customers. As CTDI expanded—especially into cable TV—it needed to aggregate daily financial forecasts from 70 operations, a manual, time‑consuming, and error‑prone process that grew increasingly complex and slowed decision‑making.

CTDI deployed Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service to automate data uploads, speed and improve the accuracy of daily forecasting, and enable interactive drill‑down analysis for better cost visibility and proposals.
