Clico, a Poland-based provider of network security training across Central and Eastern Europe, faced rising demand for courses but was constrained by finite classroom capacity, growing equipment and media costs, and time-consuming engineer prep for complex lab environments. The company needed a way to reduce data-center spending, eliminate hardware procurement, and scale training delivery without increasing staff workload.
