CJ Logistics sees Oracle Cloud as key to its global expansion

CJ Logistics, a Korea-based global logistics provider, struggled to manage sales data after about 10 acquisitions left its 2,000 sales reps working across disparate spreadsheets and on-premise ERP systems. Reps often took days to assemble customer records, identify renewals, and spot upsell opportunities, hampering the company’s global expansion ambitions.

CJ Logistics implemented Oracle Java Cloud Service to pull legacy and third‑party data into Oracle CX Sales and Oracle Sales Automation, giving reps real‑time access to service histories, contracts, and credit ratings. As a result, reps now produce sales and pipeline reports within a day, managers can monitor deal status and win/loss rates to improve conversions, and the company plans to extend the solution to thousands of reps across 266 branches in 37 countries.
