Civil Nuclear Constabulary scales training quickly with Oracle Guided Learning

The Civil Nuclear Constabulary, a UK specialized police force with more than 1,600 employees, needed a faster, more scalable way to train staff on Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM, HCM, Financials, and Procurement after bringing application management in-house. Its traditional face-to-face training model was costly and time-consuming, especially with teams spread across the country.

Oracle implemented Oracle Guided Learning and Oracle University support to embed training, tours, smart tips, and contextual guidance directly into user workflows. This helped CNC reduce travel and content-creation costs, build a library of more than 200 guides, and create a repeatable training program that unified onboarding across the Oracle Cloud platform.
