Cheonan Nonsan Expressway increases road management efficiency with Oracle

Cheonan Nonsan Expressway (CNE) is a public–private company that manages an 81 km highway linking the Seoul metro area to Cheonan and Nonsan, serving over 15 million vehicles a year. CNE needed to analyze millions of log entries quickly to maximize transaction throughput for its sales and traffic information systems, provide real-time road information to drivers, enable rapid accident response, and improve diagnosis and troubleshooting of system failures.

Using Oracle Management Cloud with implementation support from Youngwoo Digital, CNE centralized log analytics to collect, track, and analyze millions of records in real time. The project cut report generation from hours to seconds, delivered continuous operational insight and proactive system health monitoring, improved accident response and system stability, enabled mobile access to log data for greater agility, and reduced time and resources needed to resolve failures.
