A Oracle Case Study
ChB Jelly House is a Lithuanian maker and wholesaler of natural, sugar‑free jams and candies founded in 2015 with 10 employees and ambitions to expand domestically and into export markets. The company relied on spreadsheet‑based invoicing and manual warehouse controls, which were slow, error‑prone and caused stock shortfalls, so it needed an integrated, low‑cost cloud solution to speed billing, prevent shortages and support growth.
Working with Oracle Partner Red Samurai Consulting, ChB deployed an end‑to‑end Oracle cloud solution using Oracle Java Cloud Service, Oracle JET and ADF to replace Excel with a customized invoicing and inventory app. The result: invoicing became five times faster (about an 80% reduction in cycle time), billing accuracy improved via single‑point data entry, stockouts were eliminated with automated replenishment alerts and mobile ordering, and no dedicated IT or capital expenditure was required—preparing the business for new stores and export.
