Catholic Relief Services (CRS) needed better visibility and control over its globally distributed workforce and finances. With most employees working in high-risk regions, CRS struggled to account for nearly 95% of its staff and had difficulty distinguishing donor funds from its own cash, while limited insight between U.S. and country operations hindered resource management.
Oracle implemented Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Cloud EPM, and Oracle Cloud ERP to help CRS manage global HR, planning, budgeting, and finance. As a result, CRS now uses data-driven insights to improve workforce decisions and diversity goals, recruit locally through Oracle Recruiting, and manage cash flow and staffing at the project level across countries, improving agility and enabling smarter decisions.
