Casas Javer is a Monterrey-based homebuilder with more than 40 years of experience and about 1,900 employees, serving several Mexican states and Mexico City. The company needed to overhaul HR to optimize recruitment, evaluation, training, and career progression, improve management visibility into hiring, standardize performance metrics, and give HR better analytics to allocate talent and compensation.

Working with Oracle Consulting, Casas Javer deployed Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud (went live May 2015) to unify recruiting and HR processes. The cloud solution cut candidate processing from 35–40 days to 15–20, sped hiring approvals by 50%, shortened new‑hire orientation from seven to two days, reduced financial assessment times from three months to one, standardized career planning, and gave managers clearer compensation and staffing visibility—while enabling rapid deployment and eliminating onsite infrastructure.
