Caja Los Andes, Chile’s largest Family Allowance Compensation fund serving about 4 million members and employing over 3,300 people nationwide, needed to modernize its HR technology. The nonprofit aimed to improve the employee experience, enable self-service and mobile access for distributed staff, migrate to the cloud, and boost performance and HR visibility.

Caja Los Andes implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM to connect HR processes end-to-end and deliver an intuitive, device-agnostic user experience. As a result, 94% of employees say they would recommend the platform and 86% find it very intuitive; HR now has comprehensive visibility, staff can access services from anywhere, and the system receives quarterly innovation updates.
