B.TECH, Egypt’s largest home‑appliances and consumer‑electronics retailer, faced rapid expansion—opening about 10 new stores a year and launching e‑commerce—while relying on fragmented, manual recruitment processes. Using Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud (part of Oracle Cloud HCM) with Crystal Consulting, B.TECH standardized and automated requisition management, applicant tracking, job posting, screening and onboarding. The solution doubled recruiting capacity (from ~400 to 800 hires/year) without adding staff, cut average time‑to‑fill from up to 40 days to ~25, improved the careers portal and candidate experience, centralized data for reporting, and enabled rapid staffing of its 80 branches.
