Bruno Fritsch, the Chilean car dealership group with 48 branches, wanted to move beyond a website where customers could only browse vehicles and then visit a store. The company worked with Oracle, using Oracle Commerce, to create a more complete ecommerce experience that would let people research, buy, rent, and request services online while also improving trust in secure financial transactions.

Oracle implemented Oracle Commerce to support safe online car sales, better customer communication, and more organized contact-center operations. The results were strong: during Cyber Day 2020, Bruno Fritsch sold more than 60 cars online in just three days. Oracle also helped the dealership deliver more personalized service and move closer to a fully digital car-buying journey.
