Broadcom manages soaring customer growth with Oracle Cloud

Broadcom, following major acquisitions and a shift from a few large customers to thousands of accounts, needed a faster way to manage CRM and CPQ. The company also had to replace manual customer tracking and find software that integrated well with its Oracle E-Business Suite back-end systems. Broadcom chose Oracle Sales, Oracle CPQ, and Oracle DataFox to support its new business model.

Oracle helped Broadcom deploy the new system in six months, on time and without interrupting sales, across eight countries and more than 700 users. Oracle’s solution integrated 20+ applications, migrated 50,000 contracts and 200,000 customers, and automatically generated more than 200,000 renewals. Broadcom also reduced sales staff churn from as high as 40%, improved compensation accuracy, and used Oracle DataFox to enrich 91% of accounts and increase industry fill rates by 75%.
