Brazil’s Stix creates a loyalty ecosystem with Oracle Cloud

Stix is a Brazilian loyalty ecosystem launched by supermarket group GPA and drugstore chain Raia Drogasil to let shoppers earn and redeem points across multiple retail brands. Built and launched during the COVID-19 pandemic with remote teams, Stix faced the challenge of onboarding a massive potential customer base (about 20 million from GPA and 40 million from Raia Drogasil) and needed cloud solutions that could scale securely and maintain high availability under heavy transaction volumes.

Stix implemented Oracle CrowdTwist Loyalty and Engagement, Oracle Responsys Campaign Management, and Oracle Service to centralize customer accounts, balances, and transactions and enable personalized communications. The Oracle cloud platform handled rapid adoption with strong stability and uptime; within six months Stix had more than 1.5 million highly engaged customers, robust accumulation and redemption activity, and a foundation for a long-term, scalable partnership.
