Case Study: BotSupply achieves 70% faster chatbot time-to-market with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

A Oracle Case Study

Preview of the BotSupply Case Study

BotSupply takes chatbots to market 70% faster with Oracle Cloud

BotSupply is a Copenhagen-based startup that builds multilingual conversational AI for industries including insurance, healthcare, transport, pharma and finance, with NLP that supports 30+ languages. Initially developing its full bot stack on Google Cloud, the company found the process costly, slow, and lacking enterprise support, so it sought a more efficient, enterprise-ready platform.

BotSupply moved development to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and built a no-code, multilingual CMS on Oracle Digital Assistant, taking advantage of native integration with OCI. Running 100% on Oracle, the company reports 60–70% savings in infrastructure costs, a 70% reduction in go-to-market time for customers and partners, and successful deployments with large customers (including a major Scandinavian pharma and a Finnish hospital group of 23,000 employees), with easier integration to existing Oracle applications.
