Bleckmann boosts warehouse efficiency with Oracle Cloud

Bleckmann, a Belgian–Dutch logistics provider for fashion and lifestyle brands with warehouses across Europe, the UK, and North America, needed to eliminate costly labeling errors and speed order fulfillment. Its on-premises system printed price labels in advance with no direct link to garments, causing wrong prices and currencies in stores and creating logistical bottlenecks that threatened SLAs with key customers.

Bleckmann built a labeling app using Oracle APEX on Oracle Database Cloud Service and deployed it on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, enabling scanned garments to trigger automatic printing of correct price and currency tags at customer warehouses. The cloud solution boosted productivity and accuracy—about 90% of orders now ship same day versus 2–3 days for large orders previously—significantly reducing labeling errors and supporting ongoing improvements and scaling across distribution centers.
