Beca redefines its finance roles with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP best practices

BECA, an employee-owned engineering services firm headquartered in New Zealand, was held back by a decades-old finance system that forced staff into manual processes and routine transaction work instead of strategic analysis. The company needed a more modern way to improve project performance insight, strengthen financial discipline, and support risk and compliance, so it turned to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Fusion Data Intelligence.

Oracle implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP best practices and is rolling out Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence to about 1,500 employees. The new setup automated finance processes, improved internal controls and security, and gave teams clearer visibility into revenue, cost, and profitability drivers. As a result, BECA’s finance team shifted from report generation to delivering actionable insights, improving both decision-making and employee satisfaction.
