B&B Hotels, founded in 1990 and owned by the Carlyle Group, operates 320 hotels across Europe and needed a single, scalable management platform to support international growth. The company’s challenge was to unify and standardize internal and external financial reporting, deliver reliable, IFRS-compliant statements to shareholders, and adopt a web-based SaaS solution that could easily integrate new hotels while reducing IT overhead.

B&B implemented Oracle Hyperion Financial Management and EPM Cloud, deployed and managed by Oracle Specialized Partner NEONN, in under three months. The cloud solution replaced fragmented Excel processes, standardized reporting across 300+ hotels, produced reliable reports within seven days, cut financial-statement preparation from two months to 20 days, and improved shareholder visibility while lowering IT management and total cost of ownership.
