Bank turns to Oracle Cloud to help it drive local, global growth

Mauritius Commercial Bank (MCB), the island’s largest commercial bank and a regional “Bank of Banks,” supports local economic self-sufficiency and helps other banks grow. To pursue its mission and scale globally, MCB needed modern cloud-based finance and HR systems to eliminate manual back-office work and let teams focus on customer-facing and strategic initiatives.

MCB implemented Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud HCM to automate processes, improve data security, and scale quickly. The bank rolled out ERP in four months, received four application updates in one year—four times the number of updates in the prior decade—and now conducts more frequent employee reviews and reallocates IT resources to critical projects that drive innovation and customer impact.
