Bank Syariah Indonesia migrates to Autonomous Database on Exadata Cloud@Customer to simplify IT infrastructure and improve productivity

PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) needed to modernize its IT infrastructure to support rapid growth, serve more than 40 million customers by 2025, and improve slow data processing that was hurting reporting and risk analysis. With data siloed across systems and IT teams burdened by tuning, patching, backups, and capacity planning, BSI turned to Oracle Autonomous Database on Exadata Cloud@Customer.

Oracle implemented Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse with Oracle Data Integrator and Oracle GoldenGate, enabling BSI to migrate its core management information system in four months. The results included 50% faster data processing and 50% faster production of financial reports, along with better user experiences, improved operational efficiency, and less administrative work for IT.
