The bank built a private cloud on Oracle engineered systems (Exadata, Exalogic, Active Data Guard and Oracle support services), replacing legacy infrastructure and standardizing on Oracle’s stack. Since deployment it added over 300,000 customers and increased transaction volumes 20% to 1.5 million/day with sustained sub-2-second response times, halved daily close time to under four hours, tripled product deployment speed, cut TCO by about 30%, doubled mission-critical application performance and achieved near-zero downtime while maintaining IT headcount.
