Bab Rizq Jameel Boosts Regional Employment with Oracle HCM Cloud

Bab Rizq Jameel (BRJ) is a Saudi-based employment hub that provides job placements, vocational training, career counselling, and self-employment programs across the MENA region. As it grew from a manual recruitment firm into a multifunctional services provider, BRJ needed to digitize its recruitment processes, build a comprehensive online careers portal, reduce overhead and recruitment cycle times, and adopt staffing best practices to better serve employers and job seekers.

BRJ implemented Oracle Recruiting Cloud (deployed by partner Evosys) to create a centralized, automated job portal and streamline staffing operations. The move cut branch offices from 26 to 9, shortened average time-to-fill from more than two weeks to four days, supported a widely used portal with 1.5 million Facebook followers, eliminated many manual administrative costs (including LinkedIn advertising), and enabled a lean team of 60 job officers to deliver faster, more measurable, and more equitable recruitment across the region.
