Auxitec Bâtiment aims at ISO 9001 version 2015 certification with Aconex

Auxitec Bâtiment, the construction division of the Auxitec group, aimed for ISO 9001:2015 certification and needed rigorous traceability across projects without hindering productivity. Their challenges included projects ranging from €1,000 to €1M with varied workflows, high client demands for confidentiality and security, and initial gaps in information sharing.

By deploying and configuring Oracle Aconex (Project Controls and Collaboration) as a daily work tool, Auxitec centralized notices, documents, approvals and design reviews on secure European servers and implemented structured workflows aligned with internal processes. The outcome was improved, controlled information sharing, consistent traceability to support ISO 9001 requirements, optimized collaboration from service order to delivery, and the possibility of extending the platform group-wide.
