Atradius Collections, a global leader in trade-invoice-collection services handling more than 100,000 cases a year for 14,500+ customers across 200+ countries, needed to standardize and streamline customer and trade‑invoice management across many geographies. The company sought a single, up‑to‑date view of each client to improve service and upsell opportunities, shorten a typical six‑month sales cycle, raise lead‑to‑sale conversion rates, boost forecasting accuracy, and increase sales and front‑office productivity without adding infrastructure.

Working with Oracle and partner Infosys, Atradius implemented Oracle CX Sales (Oracle Cloud CX and Sales Automation) to centralize customer records, automate lead scoring and territory management, and add embedded analytics. The 11‑week rollout in the Netherlands and Belgium led to a >10% rise in sales productivity within nine months, higher lead‑to‑sale conversions and upsells, more accurate forecasting with monthly dashboards, and a fast roll‑out plan across 17 additional countries.
