Nemours Children’s Health, one of the largest pediatric healthcare systems in the U.S., was growing rapidly and struggling with complex HR systems spread across multiple portals and aging ERP platforms. This made it hard for associates to find information, increased support costs, and created challenges for managing payroll, performance, and remote workers.

Oracle helped Nemours Children’s Health move from on-premises systems to a centralized cloud platform using Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. The rollout delivered real-time access to pay stubs, faster performance management, and better support for remote staff, with payroll already live and finance and supply chain to follow; Oracle’s solution is also expected to streamline onboarding by automating steps that currently take a couple of days.
