Oracle implemented an integrated cloud suite and Oracle Consulting helped redesign Aspen Medical’s HCM and ERP processes. As a result, Aspen Medical streamlined recruiting and transfers, centralized credentialing and workforce visibility, cut annual results consolidation from one month to 15 days, improved cost capture and budgeting, and increased medical supply production and distribution during COVID-19.
