ASG Group, an Oracle Platinum Partner and part of Nomura Research Institute, needed to consolidate its legacy on-premises Oracle E-Business Suite and SMS’s Microsoft Dynamics after acquiring SMS. The company’s challenge was to unify financials, HR and project management on a single, scalable platform to boost operating efficiency, improve talent management and automate customer-facing processes while reducing costs.

ASG implemented Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Performance Management using an agile, sprint-based rollout completed in seven months on time and within budget. The cloud solution automated end-to-end financial and HR processes, gave managers self-service access to performance and pay data, reduced HR workload by about 20% (one day per week), shortened month-end close, supported growth without adding back-office resources, and improved reporting, invoicing accuracy and the overall customer experience.
