Arlington Orthopedic Associates, one of the largest orthopedic practices in North Texas serving more than 70,000 patients annually, needed to give physicians and managers fast, mobile access to critical information that was scattered across multiple systems. Arlington implemented Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Service (with partner Sensa Analytics) and went live in four months, consolidating EHR, ERP, payroll, Google Analytics, and other sources into a single, mobile-accessible platform. The solution delivered interactive dashboards and self-service reporting, enabling insights into readmissions, wait times, financial performance and procedure-level metrics, supporting renegotiation of payer rates, reducing IT overhead, improving physician performance, and laying the groundwork for population health management.
